Learn moreDel Rio, California · Stanislaus County
Del Rio is a small, comparatively affluent unincorporated community along the Stanislaus River near Riverbank, built largely around the Del Rio Country Club.

Del Rio's own 1992 community plan calls for low-density development that balances its historic residential, agricultural and open-space character, and the community keeps real riparian zones along the Stanislaus River protected under that same plan. It's a notably higher-income, older, established residential area relative to many of its neighbors.
Given the country-club, established-residential character here, we see plenty of higher-end residential remodel, landscaping and moving-cleanout debris, along with some riverside-property work tied to the Stanislaus River corridor.

Reached from Modesto along the same CA-108/McHenry Avenue corridor used for Riverbank, then local roads into the Del Rio community along the river -- Del Rio doesn't sit on its own numbered highway.
